Pastor Wayne Peterson
Wayne Peterson has served as St. Barnabas’ pastor since 1985, when he was called to be pastor/developer of a new congregation in northwest Plymouth. A native of Cokato, MN, he has degrees from Gustavus Adolphus College (1977) and Luther Seminary (1981). Prior to coming to St. Barnabas, he served as Associate Pastor at Richfield Lutheran Church in south Minneapolis from 1981-1985.
Pastor Wayne and his wife, Jackie, live in Plymouth. Jackie is the Vice President of Development for the MacPhail Center for Music. Both are always ready to share the latest photo of their grandson, Beckett.
