Melissa Weinhandl, LAMFT, serves individuals, families and couples, and works at the FRC as an independent practitioner rather than as an employee of the congregation. St. Barnabas provides her with space she uses as counseling offices. By not having to pay for office space, the FRC is able to provide services on a sliding fee scale based upon income and ability to pay.  The FRC does not share any information with the St. Barnabas pastors or staff unless specifically requested to by the client.
